We bought the apartment in 2004 and had it completely renovated in 2010. The house was built in 1970 when it was still possible to have large rooftop terraces with, in our case, 160 m²/1720 feet². The apartment is spacious and light-flooded and thus offers high-quality living in Old Talpiot Arnona, one of the most sought after quarters in Jerusalem. For this reason, we are hanging on to the apartment, giving you the opportunity to enjoy it.
My wife and I both have Ph.D.s from American universities where we also taught for many years. We are now living in Germany and it will be our property manager who will take care of you. He will check you in and out and look after any needs you may have. He is fluent in English.
